Childhood is a constant in my current work. Our story as a girl is hard to forget. Dreams, games, fears, fantasies and anguish permanently put my memories together. Those naps in the countryside with oppressive heat and the lagoons full of nests and birds give life to this novel that I intend to draw. When I assemble a series I work in different disciplines. I need to make drawings, which are generally in pencil, engravings (xylographs, etching / aquatint and monocopies), ceramics and textile sculptures.
